Chimichurri Sauce AKA Eat This on Everything Sauce
Seriously though. I made this for dinner the other night and we were sad because we ate it all because we unexpectedly wanted to put it on EVERYTHING on our plates. This is also SUPER easy to make.
For dinner, and in this picture, I marinaded 2 pieces of steak in 1/2 of the sauce (which I’d recommend doing for 2-4 hours), then I drizzled the remainder on the steaks.

- 1 Packed Cup Italian flat Parsley
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 5 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp red onion
- 1/2 of a jalapeno
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper (roughly)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
1. Throw everything in a blender.
2. Blend it.
Now make it and put it on everything, steak, meatballs, scrambled eggs, egg and ham breakfast muffins, spaghetti squash, acorn squash, salmon, home fries, dip your plantains in it, drizzle it over your grilled chicken, seriously people- possibilities are ENDLESS.
