2 Things I learned from making this today… 1) I need to purchase straws because they are both pretty and functional. 2) I anticipate many liquid blog posts and many liquid meals this summer… it’s already been grossly hot, and we ain’t got no AC in the kitchen! I’ve drank this or some version of this about 4 days in a row now. Easiest thing ever and so darn good. Impossible to screw up!

- 1 banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2C almond milk
- 1 tbsp sunbutter
- 2 tsp flax seed (add more if you don’t mind the graininess!)
>Note: Chilled full-fat canned coconut milk is also wonderful with banana and sunbutter, I just used my last can the day before making a similar shake 😉 1/3C and less ice cubes make it more creamy. If you want it a bit ice-ier and more like a smoothie, you can put your shake back in the freezer for 15 minutes and then drink.
